Want local blooms for a very special day?

Thank you for your interest in our flowers and foliage, to bring some extra beauty your wedding or event! We have limited 2019 availability — so reach out soon to reserve your date.

There are two ways to have Rock Steady flowers & foliage at your event: you can select our do-it-yourself “bucket blooms” option OR work with one of our talented design partners for a full service option.


D.I.Y. “Bucket Blooms”

If you’re looking to bring your personal style and creativity to your event, our do-it-yourself bulk flowers are a great option. This is also the most affordable route, if you are working with a tighter budget.

This service is ideal for clients who are open to a wide variety of colors and blooms — while we do our best to accommodate your preferences, we can’t guarantee specific flowers for specific dates (Mother Nature is in charge on that front). That said, if you’re flexible and ready to get creative, you can count on gorgeous, sustainably grown, local blooms for your event.

How it works:

1. Reserve your date.

Fill out the inquiry form below to check availability, let us know what you’re looking for and what your budget is.

We’ll get back to you within two business days. Then, you can confirm your date with a non-refundable $100 deposit.

2. Wait and See what’s growing.

A week before your event, we’ll send you an availability list and order form, detailing which varieties are ready for harvest, and how much they cost.

Our flowers and foliage are sold by the bunch — ranging from $8 - $18, generally 10 stems per bunch.

3. Submit your order.

Submit your order by 9am on the Monday morning before your event.

Please get your order in on time, so we can prioritize your blooms appropriately.

After you send it, we’ll confirm and arrange a pick up time!

4. Pick up your blooms!

We will harvest your flowers, and have them ready for pickup on our farm at the arranged time (1-2 days before your event).

Your deposit will be applied to the total cost of your order, and the balance paid upon pick up (cash or check).

Full Service Flower Design

While we don’t offer flower design in-house, we’re proud to partner with incredibly talented folks who will create stunning arrangements for you with local blooms from our farm. If you know you want expertly designed arrangements sourced from Rock Steady flowers and foliage, this option is for you.

For Hudson Valley Weddings & Events, we work with Emily at Fuzz Petal Studio: Contact Emily for details.

For NYC Weddings & Events, we work with Molly at Molly Oliver Flowers: Contact Molly for details.

They will source your flowers directly from our farm, and can customize the design to your preferences, color palette and style choices.
