In the bigger picture, your direct support of farmworkers means a lot. While we strive to pay ourselves and our crew living wages, the nature of seasonal, hourly work does not provide the stability we want for each other. We hope to generate a farmworker support fund that goes towards things like crew food (team lunches, add-on shares) as well as mutual aid needs (a surprise medical bill, for example).
